I'm Laura. I've spent my career understanding what makes people perform. Now, I coach them to lead.

Before coaching, I spent 15 years in sales, business development and commercial leadership. I led teams, worked in demanding environments and experienced first-hand what it takes to deliver, influence and perform when the stakes are high.

I know the ambition it takes to build a career. The responsibility that comes with leading people. The decisions that shape a business. And the expectations that follow you when you're the person everyone looks to for answers.

Seven years ago, I took that experience into coaching. Since then, I've delivered more than 8,000 hours of coaching, working with over 1,000 people across four continents, including senior leaders and executives from some of the world's most recognised organisations.
And what I've learned is this: being exceptional at what you do and knowing how to lead at the next level are two very different things.

The skills that get you promoted aren't always the skills that make you influential. Being the expert doesn't automatically make you an effective leader. And building a successful professional life doesn't automatically mean you've built a life that works for you.
I've spent thousands of hours in conversation with people navigating these exact realities. Promotions. Bigger roles. Business growth. Difficult relationships at work. Decisions with no obvious answers. The pressure of leading others while managing your own expectations, responsibilities and life beyond work.

These aren't separate conversations. They're all part of being human while carrying responsibility.

That's why I coach.

To help capable people think more clearly, communicate with conviction, lead with greater impact and make deliberate decisions about what comes next. To challenge the patterns that no longer serve them, without losing sight of the strengths that got them here.

My approach is direct, thoughtful and grounded in experience. I'll ask the questions others don't. I'll challenge your assumptions, help you see what you might be missing and hold you accountable to the changes you say you want to make.

Because I'm not here to teach you how to be successful. I'm here to help you decide what the next level looks like for you and develop the leadership, judgement and self-awareness to get there, without putting the rest of your life on hold.
