Private coaching with me is a focused, confidential partnership. I work with a small number of clients at any one time, allowing each engagement the attention, depth and challenge it deserves.

I'm not here to hand you a formula or tell you what you want to hear. My role is to challenge your thinking, help you see what you may be missing and work with you on the decisions, behaviours and relationships that shape your leadership.

We look at the whole picture: how you lead others, how you communicate, how you respond under pressure, and how your professional responsibilities interact with the life you're building outside work.

The aim is not simply to help you do more. It's to help you lead with greater judgement, conviction and impact and make deliberate choices about what comes next.

I work with a small number of private clients at any one time. Each engagement is considered individually to ensure the work is the right fit for both of us.

Private coaching typically runs over six to twelve months, giving us the time to work beyond immediate challenges and develop lasting changes in how you lead, communicate and make decisions.

My current roster is largely committed, and I'm planning for only a small number of new private coaching engagements from January 2027 onward.
